Morgan has been a barista since 2008. Currently is employed by Heavenly Cup Coffee Roasters, LLC. Before working At HCCR, she did not drink coffee at all, but it didn’t take long for her to fall in love with espresso and coffee. She was actually trained by Delian Cornfield in secret for a while before she was an official barista. She loves mixing crazy combinations into her drinks and taking risks to find something new and awesome. Her absolute favorite drink is what she calls the Half-Breed. A double shot of espresso, with 2oz of steamed milk.
Being a barista is probably one of the best things that ever happened to Delian, local of Corning NY. She always loved the social aspect of coffee, but not until she was trained by one of the best baristas in the area – Ary Laudeman, did Delian really fall in love with coffee, especially with the craft of making Tradtional Italian espresso drinks. Almost every shift at Heavenly Cup Coffee Roasters, where she currently works, she and the LaMarZocco espresso machine get together and create the simple art of espresso. She knows it’s cheesy, but honestly every time she makes you a drink, she hopes its the best one you’ve ever had! Of course she never stops smiling! (Seriously, stop in some time and she’ll prove that statment true!)
